To say I relate to what Brené Brown - the speaker in this TEDx Houston talk on Expanding Perceptions - talks about, would verge on being an understatement. It's a little touchy-feely, yes ... just get over that and absorb the fact that there's an important message to receive. This is 20 minutes worth spending and investing in yourself. Please watch :
