The access to footage showing unimaginable devastation in Japan is astounding, and watching people die in real time - over and over - is simply brutal. My mind is getting numb and empty with the loss; it's absolutely unreal. I can hardly watch the news anymore, the impact of those images has worn me down ... how lucky am I to have the option to turn it off?
